About the job:
We are looking for a Customer Success Lead for our HR Technology firm based in Indonesia. Our Customer Success team is built upon the principles of valuing relationships and preserving knowledge. As we value our relationships with clients above all else, this is a critical role. The position holder will be responsible for leading client set-up, implementation and retention.
Ensuring successful client implementation as a member of the project team.
Providing expertise and training on Peoplewave tools to clients
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and be their main point of contact in a post-sales production environment.
Collaborate with the technical team to support the resolution of all client issues.
Help clients understand how the tools affect HR processes and employees.
Experience and education counts, but who you are matters more. You embrace change yet understand it’s not easy for others and have helped them on their journey. Success for you is enabling others to be successful. People admire your ability to influence others and organise complex work simply.
You love HR and have at least 6 years’ experience.
You’re curious about technology and have some experience working on technology projects (HR or others).
You may not have deep experience digitalising the workplace, but what you have done has excited you and you want to do it more.
You take pride in fostering good relationships with clients (or business leaders) and take time to understand their needs and discovering how to best support them.
You strive to do your best in all situations, as evidenced in your work, studies and life.
