We’ve seen how the HR function has become overworked, compliance-driven and too focused on talent acquisition; and there’s not enough attention given to retaining, engaging or developing employees and people management. Most managers are poorly trained in people management or have simply been thrust into these roles without guidance, mentoring or adequate support. At the same time, HR teams often don’t play an active role in onboarding or managing employees.
We want to put the ‘human’ element back into Human Resources and our goal is simple – to put people first in people management. We’re here to fix HR and we want to make a difference.
